What is Repro Psych Academy?
Repro Psych Academy is a new comprehensive series of online courses designed to empower ALL healthcare providers to feel more confident in diagnosing and managing mental health conditions related to hormonal shifts from menses to menopause. This course will offer a dynamic learning experience expertly tailored to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers in the field of women's mental health.
What will I learn?
As much as you want! Repro Psych Academy's signature offering includes three specialized pathways that build sequentially upon each other. Start with the Foundations Pathway if you are new to the field or looking for a more general overview. Enroll in the Proficiency Pathway if you crave a deeper understanding of women’s mental health after practicing for a few years. Or jump right into the Advanced Pathway to learn the most advanced principles of prescribing antidepressants, stimulants, Lithium, Lamictal, zuranolone (Zurzuvae) and so much more during the perinatal period and beyond. Enrolling in one of Repro Psych Academy's signature pathways includes lifetime access to a private online community to foster networking and professional development and a full year of access to the resource library and monthly office hours with Dr. Furey.
Additionally, Repro Psych Academy offers multiple individual courses covering specific topics ranging from the neurobiological hypotheses underlying why hormonal fluctuations affect women's mental health to performing a psychiatric risk assessment to evaluating and treating specific mental health conditions like premenstrual dysphoric disorder, perinatal mood and psychotic disorders, and menopause-related mental health conditions. Each individual course combines 1-3 modules from all of the signature pathways for topic-specific learning.
Are these courses eligible for CME/CE?
Yes! Each course is eligible for clinician-centric CME/CE reflective learning credits through my partnership with Learner+
Repro Psych Academy offers educational courses for healthcare providers across multiple disciplines. My courses are frequently updated to reflect the latest research and advancements in reproductive psychiatry. Because each discipline has its own accreditation body, and approval is required for every update, obtaining formal CME/CE accreditation for each module is not feasible at this time.
However, participants may be eligible to claim reflective learning CME/CE credits through Learner+. Please check with your licensing or accrediting body to confirm eligibility and requirements for claiming credits. Repro Psych Academy does not guarantee acceptance of credits by any specific organization.
Additionally, each of the signature pathways have been approved for 10 PMH-C Renewal credits for a total of 30 credits!

Foundations Pathway - What's included?
The Foundations Pathway is highly recommended for all learners regardless of prescribing privileges or stage of career. A comprehensive yet easy to digest overview for beginners, this pathway will also serve as a helpful review for providers with some experience in the field. It is highly recommended to begin with this pathway unless you have been in practice for several years or have prior reproductive psychiatry experience.

The Advanced Pathway of Repro Psych Academy is most useful for healthcare providers with prescribing privileges, such as general psychiatrists, OBGYNs, primary care providers, internists, APRNs, NPs, PAs, and midwives. Providers with a basic understanding and several years of clinical experience in the field may be able to jump right into this pathway. However, many providers will benefit from having first completed the Proficiency Pathway to gain a basic understanding of psychopharmacologic principles.
